Collect your order from our showroom at 18 High Street, Brentwood, Essex.

We’ll contact you when your items are ready.

For large items, please give us 48 hours’ notice before collection and collect on the agreed date (due to limited storage space).

Smaller items can be held for up to 5 days.

If you do not collect within this time or change your collection date with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £20 restocking fee will apply.

Two-Man Delivery Service
Available Monday–Friday across mainland England and Wales.

Rubbish Removal
We can remove packaging after assembly.
If you’re unsure about your purchase, we recommend keeping the packaging until you’re happy with the item.
Courier Delivery
For smaller items (cushions, accessories, lightweight furniture):

Most arrive within 5–10 working days.

Before You Order — Delivery Checklist
Please check:

Item fits your space and access points (doorways, stairs, lifts).

Any parking or access restrictions are advised in advance.

Someone can be home to receive the delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or a missed appointment:

A redelivery charge will apply.

Storage may be charged at £20/week until delivery is rearranged.
Preparing for Delivery

Access & Parking: Let us know in advance if there are tight turns, stairs, or restrictions. Unsafe access may result in refusal and additional fees.

Protecting Your Home: Move breakables and cover flooring if needed. For health & safety, our team cannot remove footwear.

Measuring: If the item doesn’t fit, we may have to leave it in an alternative safe place or return it, incurring delivery/restocking fees.

Rescheduling: Give at least 24 hours’ notice to change your delivery date — short notice may result in a redelivery charge.
Delivery Times

Deliveries: Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm.

Large items: We or our trusted partners will confirm a 3-hour time slot in advance.

Courier items: Often include a 2-hour delivery window on the day.
Upon Delivery
