Found a similar product at a lower price elsewhere?

At Tides Home & Garden, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive the best value for their money. If you discover an identical product at a lower price from another retailer, we will strive to match or beat that price.

Please note that we reserve the right to:

- Decline a price match that would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins.
- Limit the number of price matches per customer.
- Exclude trade prices from our price match offer.
- Discontinue our price match promise at any time.
- Exclude imitation or lower-quality copies of our products from price matching.
- Exclude prices from auction sites like eBay.

If you have genuinely found one of our products at a lower price elsewhere, please send an email to:  web@tideshomeandgarden.co.uk, titled - price match, with details and a link to the product and the website where you have seen it and we will contact you back as soon as possible with our decision.

Important Notes:
- We cannot offer price matches for products that have already been purchased from us and are later found cheaper elsewhere.
- Submit your price match request before making your purchase to take advantage of this offer.
