Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver most items within 7–10 working days.

Please note that some items may take longer depending on supplier availability and stock levels.


Furniture Delivery

Larger furniture items are delivered via specialist couriers.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the item and location
  • You may be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date
  • Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • International addresses (at present)

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and type of item.


Before Delivery

For larger items, our delivery partners may contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time.

  • Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control
  • Please ensure there is suitable access for larger items

Preparing for delivery 

To help your delivery run as smoothly as possible, we recommend preparing in advance.

Please ensure someone is available for the full delivery time window, as couriers are unable to wait or return later the same day.

Before your order arrives, check that your item will fit through all access points, including doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts. We also advise clearing walkways and removing any fragile or valuable items from the delivery route.

For larger or heavier items, it’s a good idea to protect your flooring (for example, with dust sheets) where possible.


Delivery Services

We work with a range of trusted delivery partners, and the service provided will depend on the size and type of item ordered.

Delivery may include:

  • Doorstep delivery – Delivered to your front door
  • Hallway delivery – Delivered inside to a ground floor hallway or entrance
  • Room of choice delivery – Delivered to a room you specify

Multiple Items

If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may arrive separately and with different couriers.

Tracking details (where available) will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


Important

If no one is available during the delivery window, couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a calling card.

Failed deliveries due to access issues or unavailable recipients may result in additional charges, so we strongly recommend planning ahead.


Once Your Order Arrives

Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery.

If you are unable to fully check the item at the time of delivery, please sign as “unchecked”.


Reporting Issues

Any damage, defects or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged area
  • An image of the full item
  • Photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)

Please retain all original packaging and your order confirmation, as these may be required for support.

Please Note

If an item is signed for without comment and the 48-hour window has passed, we may not be able to accept damage-related claims.

For items requiring assembly, please check all parts and ensure everything is correct before starting. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been assembled or installed.

If you plan to store your item before use, we strongly recommend inspecting it upon delivery so any issues can be reported within the required timeframe.


Pre-Order Pieces

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are shown on the product page. These are guidelines and may change due to supplier delays or factors outside our control.

Payment for pre-order items is taken at checkout to secure your order.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may dispatch available items first. In some cases, we may hold the order until all items are ready.
