Step One –Your Initial Enquiry

It all starts with us understanding your specific requirements including end-use and basic aesthetics. It is important that we have an idea of what you are looking for so we can form an initial proposal. Whether you are looking for a custom-built sofa, armchair, chaise, headboard, set of dining chairs or a unique installation we are always keen to help.

Step Two –Site Visit

We can arrange a visit with you to advise on what might and might not work in the intended room or space. From this we can, together, get a better understanding of the project and can discuss in person the style of piece(s) and how it/they will look in relation to their surroundings.

Step Three –Create Your Piece

There are many variables when it comes to upholstery. The density of a cushion, the depth of a seat, the height, the style, the amount of wear a sofa or chair will receive and so on. To begin with, the aesthetics of a piece of furniture must look right for you. With your criteria in mind, Tides will develop mood board instore based on our discussions. These, will be presented to you with a selection of fabric choices and finishes. Simply choose the option that best suits you and your lifestyle and we will have the pleasure in doing the rest for you.

Step Four –Finished Product

Once you are happy with the proposed design and the fabric, the project will be carried out within the given lead time by the designer, and then delivered directly to you. We can also provide an installation service.
