Each delivery is subject to the availability of your item. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email to confirm the order. We aim to provide the speediest and most reliable delivery service in which you can put complete faith in.  Delivery lead times are dependent on stock availability.  You will be advised as soon as possible if your product is out of stock or delayed. If you need the item delivered to you before the estimated date; please contact us at orders@tideshomeandgarden.co.uk and we will try to speed it up for you.

We have 2 showrooms in Brentwood, Essex (just a stones throw away from each other!) in which we showcase lots of our gorgeous furniture ranges, home accessories and lighting.  Our team of interior designers strive to create the perfect room settings in store, to inspire our customers and help them create their beautiful homes.

We offer a huge range of products and services,

No. 8 High Street is where our interior design department is, with a large library of fabrics, wallpapers along with beautiful examples of curtains on display in store.  We also display our ‘made-to-order’ sofas, dining tables, dining chairs, lounge and dining furniture and lots more.

No. 18 High Street is packed full of lovely furniture, home accessories and lighting, most of which is in stock and ready to deliver!  This showroom is much larger, we also have our flower department here, where you can choose your flowers and vase and we will make up your display for you.  And we also have our lighting department here.

Yes of course! We offer both a delivery and a collection service. If you have chosen the free collection option, we will contact you very soon after the date of order and arrange a date and time for you to collect your goods. For smaller items; such as ornaments/soft furnishings, we will require 24 hours minimum to have your order all ready for you to pick up.

Our store opening hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sundays. During these hours, our highly trained staff will be on hand to assist should you need the extra help.

If you placed an order online and it is not quite right, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receiving. This does not apply to bespoke made furniture, mattresses and/or sale items which is stated within our T&C’s.  If you wish to return your goods to us, check out or returns policy for more details.  (this applies to online purchases only) Call 01277 231799 for more information on our policy in store.

All furniture orders under the cost of £1500 will be at a flat charge of £49.99. This applies to UK Mainland and Wales. If your order is over £1500.00, we are able to deliver your furniture to your home free of charge (this does not include taking away any unwanted packaging). If your address has fallen out of the Mainland UK & Wales bracket- do not panic! We can still deliver to you! Please email orders@tideshomeandgarden.co.uk and we will be happy to offer you a delivery quote using one of our trusty courier services.

Easy! Within the 14 day cooling period, you have the option to return to us instore or via courier. It is your responsibility to take complete care of your goods before returning them to us. We will not accept any damaged returns as each product is quality-checked before leaving us. We will not be liable for any damages or losses during transit. The product must be in the original packaging and in a total resalable condition.

We can and will be happy to provide all customers with the option of a white glove service. At a cost of £45, our reliable delivery drivers will not only deliver your goods, but will deliver to your room of choice, (up to first floor only) unwrap, assemble and even discard any rubbish! (If you are slightly unsure on your purchase, REMEMBER to keep the packaging!)

Uh oh! In the improbable event that your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at orders@tideshomeandgarden.co.uk ASAP so we can rectify the issue. Where possible, we will arrange for the item to replaced or repaired. If this is not possible, we will remove the goods and issue you a refund.
