Yes, we offer a white-glove delivery service for large furniture pieces. This includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and removal of packaging.

In-stock accessories are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. For furniture and made-to-order items, delivery times vary—our team will confirm the lead time once your order is placed.

Absolutely. Simply select “local collection” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time for collection from our Brentwood showroom.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible in-stock items purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, valid for six months from the date of purchase. Restocking fees may apply.

Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes items specifically ordered or tailored to your request.
